The Toronto Blue Jays have signed infielder Freddy Galvis to a 1-year, $5,000,000 contract.
Mark Feinsand of MLB.com reports that the deal includes a club option for 2020 valued at $5.5M.
The 29-year-old Galvis hit .248/.299/.380 with 13 homers and 8 steals over 162 games with the Padres in 2018.
