J.J. Redick will re-join the Philadelphia 76ers on a 1-year, $13 million deal. It’s a slight cut from his 1-year, $23 million deal he signed for in the previous season, but it will help the Sixers save as much money as they can as they try and persuade Kawhi Leonard to join the team.
Redick was a huge part in the Sixers’ success this season, helping the team finish 3rd in the east with a 52-30 record and a first-round series win in the playoffs. He averaged his highest points per game and three-pointers made per game of his 12-year career with 17.1 and 2.8.
Redick has earned $78,516,715 in his career from contracts with the Orlando Magic, Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Clippers, and Philadelphia 76ers.
