According to The Athletic, Robert Williams III could return to Boston’s lineup for either Game 3 or 4 of their Series against the Nets.
Williams is apparently ahead of schedule on his recovery from a meniscus injury he suffered at the end of last month.
The return of the Celtics defensive anchor will certainly help the team who currently hold a 2-0 series lead.
Williams nearly averaged a double-double in 2022 with 10.0 points, and 9.6 rebounds to go along with 2.2 blocks and 2.0 assists.
