The Los Angeles Dodgers signed manager Dave Roberts to a three-year contract extension through the 2025 season.
No surprise here, especially with the Dodgers winning the pandemic 2020 World Series.
The 49-year-old guided the franchise to the postseason in six consecutive seasons since taking over at the helm back in 2016.
Roberts holds a 543-329 (.622) record during that time span.
LA opens the season in Colorado in a series against the Rockies on Friday, April 8.
