The Miami Dolphins acquired WR Tyreek Hill from the Chiefs for five draft picks including 2022 first-round and second-round picks.
It was earlier reported that both the Jets and Dolphins were looking to acquire Hill, along with the Chiefs giving him permission to seek a trade.
With Kansas City, contract extension talks stalled, so ultimately a deal was done to ship the six-time Pro-Bowler to Miami.
Hill spent his first six NFL seasons with the Chiefs, but now he’s on the move and will likely see a monster contract extension in the near future.
The 28-year-old speedster has 479 career receptions for 6,630 yards and 56 touchdowns to go along with an additional 719 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns.
Hill, a three-time All-Pro, should pair nicely with Dolphins young quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who hasn’t had a strong receiving corps to throw to in his first two seasons.
