The Atlanta Falcons have released 27-year-old linebacker Dante Fowler after two seasons with the ball club.
Atlanta signed Fowler to a big three-year, $45 million contract in March of 2020.
In his two seasons with the Falcons, Fowler totaled 7.5 sacks, 59 combined tackles, 10 tackles for loss, and 16 quarterback hits.
Fowler will now test free agency ahead of the upcoming 2022 season.
