Prediction
With Super Bowl 56 being located in Los Angeles, the Rams are very lucky to have home field advantage. However, the Bengals are a scrappy group that made it all the way to the championship after finishing the season winning three of their last four games. Statistically, these are two very similar teams on both sides of the ball.
This one could ultimately come from the quarterback matchup between Joe Burrow and Matthew Stafford. Stafford has the experience in age (34) while Burrow is not shy of winning a title as he did in 2019 as a member of the LSU Tigers.
Cincinnati lacks strong offensive line play, and it’s gotten them into trouble throughout the season ranking them 30th in the league. This is terrible news for the Bengals facing three-time Defensive Player of the Year in Aaron Donald. He’s got 12.5 sacks on the year along with 19 tackles for loss, and 25 QB hits.
Having home field advantage, a more experienced quarterback, and a stellar defense, the Rams will come away with the victory and hoist the Vince Lombardi Trophy on February 13.
