Manchester City is looking into signing USA World Cup winner Abby Dahlkemper from the North Carolina Courage.

According to BBC Sport, the 27-year-old defender out of Pennsylvania is in negotiations with City, and they offered her a multi-year deal.

Dahlkemper won the NWSL title three times in four seasons with Western New York Flash/The North Carolina Courage.

She would also be linking up with Americans and international teammates Sam Mewis and Rose Lavelle
