Houston Rockets All-Star guard James Harden will be sidelined for the team’s first two preseason games.

Harden’s delayed arrival made him late to begin COVID-19 protocols, and he’s still going through testing.

He must have six negative coronavirus tests before being cleared to practice with the team.

If Harden is in fact cleared, it’s possible for him to return on Tuesday’s preseason game against San Antonio.
