NBA to give all 30 teams $30 million

The NBA reportedly will give its 30 teams $30 million each to help with cash flow.

The money will come from $900 million the NBA raised from notes issued by the league in the private marketplace.

According to Sports Business Journal, the market the money was raised by was from insurance companies and institutional investors.

These notes will be for 3-4 years, and they will help with liquidity issues along with cash flow due to the pandemic.
