Detroit Lions running back D’Andre Swift has been ruled out this week with a concussion.

Swift was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice, but he’s been on the team’s concussion protocol ever since.

Old reliable Adrian Peterson and backup Kerryon Johnson will share the carries for Detroit with Swift out.
