Sacramento Kings forward Jabari Parker has exercised his $6.5 million player option for this season.

Parker is a solid player and has spurts of very high ability, but he hasn’t stayed healthy and hasn’t been in a consistent role in his career.

He’s played for the Bucks, Bulls, Wizards, Hawks, and Kings and he’s only 24-years-old.

Taking the guaranteed $6.5 million is the right move for Parker, and he may be traded once again in his young career.
