Miami Heat point guard Goran Dragic will test the free agency market when it opens.
Dragic would like to return to Miami, but he’ll listen to offers from teams that are interested.
The 34-year-old played mainly as a backup last season before performing well in the playoffs, averaging 19.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 4.4 assists.
The Heat are expected to pursue Giannis Antetokounmpo next offseason, and they’ll need as much cap room as possible if they can ultimately pull it off.
Dragic may have to take a short-term deal if he wants to stay with the Heat, but there are many teams that could use Dragic’s services and also have more cap space.
