Falcons fire Dan Quinn and GM Thomas Dimitroff

USA Today Sports

The Atlanta Falcons have fired head coach Dan Quinn and general manager Thomas Dimitroff.

Despite having loads of talent over the past few seasons, Atlanta can’t seem to do anything to get a win.

They’re starting off 2020 with a 0-5 record, and finished with mediocre 7-9 records in both 2018 and 2019.

Under Quinn in 2017 they made it to the division round and lost, and 2016 to the Super Bowl where they blew a 21-3 lead at halftime and lost 34-28 to New England.

Atlanta now named Raheem Morris as interim head coach, who was 17-31 as head coach of the Bucs from 2009 to 2011.
