Portland Trail Blazers breakout guard Gary Trent Jr. has signed with Klutch Sports agency.

Trent will be represented of course by Rich Paul, and agent Lucas Newton.

The 21-year-old performed great in the Blazers’ bubble stint, averaging 16.9 points per game and played great defensively.

As a second-round pick, Trent won’t be eligible for a rookie scale extension until his remaining contract is up.

However, he’ll be able to sign a veteran’s extension this offseason.

Trent is due to make $1.66 million next season.
