The Los Angeles Rams and All-Pro running back Todd Gurley have agreed to a 4-year, $60 million contract extension. The deal will lock him up for six more seasons, and will come with $45 million guaranteed.
Gurley won AP Offensive Player of the Year last season under rookie head coach Sean McVay and a revamped offense. Gurley scored the most rushing touchdowns in the league last season with 13, and added an additional six receiving touchdowns. He ran for 2,093 total scrimmage yards, which also led the NFL.
The 23-year-old earned $11,534,917 from contracts in his first three NFL seasons, all with the Los Angeles Rams.
