The Miami Marlins placed Jorge Soler on the 10-day injured list with lower back discomfort.
Soler was scratched from Wednesday’s game against the Cardinals due to the injury and it’ll cost him a bit of time.
It’s not exactly clear on how much time he’ll ultimately miss, but the 30-year-old will likely miss at least Miami’s next two series against the Nationals and Angels.
Soler was hitting .217/.306/.421 on the season with 13 home runs, 34 RBI, and 31 runs scored.
