Newly acquired shortstop Trevor Story will be back in the Boston Red Sox lineup Wednesday against the Tigers.
Story had been out the last three games due to an illness, but he’ll return to the starting lineup today.
The 29-year-old signed a mega six-year, $140,000,000 contract with Boston last month that includes an annual salary of $23,333,333.
Story will play second base today and bat third in the lineup against Eduardo Rodriguez.
