Los Angeles Rams GM Les Snead said the team is “still in progress” on an Aaron Donald extension and that they “definitely” wants to re-sign Odell Beckham Jr.
Donald is currently scheduled to earn over $70 million over the final three years of his current contract, but it looks like he could be getting an even bigger extension in the near future.
Mentioning Beckham, head coach Sean McVay also stated that the Rams want to retain him prior to free agency.
Beckham suffered a torn ACL in the Super Bowl, but he’s expected to return by November.
OBJ most recently signed a one-year, $1.25 million deal with the Rams, which has concluded.
Donald posted 12.5 sacks last season along with 84 total tackles, 18 tackles for loss, and 25 QB hits.
In Beckham’s eight regular season games with LA, he caught 27 receptions for 305 yards and five touchdows.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens this offseason, especially with the signing of wide receiver Allen Robinson.
