The Dallas Cowboys restructured QB Dak Prescott and OL Zack Martin contracts, creating $22 million in salary cap space.Â
Dallas cleared $15 million in cap room by re-doing Prescott’s deal and $7 million with a restructure of Martin’s.
The team converted some of the players’ 2022 base salary into signing bonuses, a now more common business maneuver used by teams trying to get under the league salary cap.Â
Prescott is on a $160,000,000 contract and Martin on an $84,000,000 deal.
