Washington Football Team running back Antonio Gibson missed practice Friday, putting his status in doubt for this week.

Gibson is still dealing with a turf toe injury suffered against the Steelers.

The rookie hasn’t practiced since the incident happened.

Washington backups J.D. McKissic and Peyton Barber will likely have a running back by committee approach with their upcoming matchup with the 49ers.
