Marc Stein of the New York Times reported that Daryl Morey may have signed the most lucrative deal as a head of basketball operator since Phil Jackson ($60 million).

The Philadelphia 76ers are giving Morey a 5-year deal worth more than $10 million per season.

It’s a staggering number considering Morey was just dumped out of Houston with his failed small ball tactic.

There are more reports insisting that Morey will be reaching out to Houston to try and land James Harden, but that seems unlikely.
