The Anaheim Ducks have signed right wing Jakob Silfverberg to a 5-year, $26.25 million contract extension.

Silfverberg’s new cap hit will be $5.25 million, up from $3.75 million this season.

The 28-year-old has 16 goals and 24 points in 55 games this season.

Silfverberg has career earnings of $18,440,500 across eight seasons with the Ducks and Ottawa Senators.
