Josh Harrison is signing a 1-year deal to become the Detroit Tigers second baseman.
Harrison was an All-Star in 2017 and is 31-years-old, but there was little demand for his services after he hit .250/.290/.363 in 344 at-bats last season.
The deal is a good one defensively, and the team still should have opportunities to get Niko Goodrum at-bats.
