Oakland Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie and the team have to decided to part ways at the end of the 2018 season.
Raiders head coach John Gruden and McKenzie reportedly have had different views of players throughout the season.
Gruden brought in favored players and of course weathered the giant trade of 2016 Defensive Player of the Year Khalil Mack. 2x Pro-Bowl wideout Amari Cooper was also sent away to Dallas.
McKenzie played for the Raiders from 1985-88, and has been an executive with the team since 2012.
