The NFL has fined Dallas Cowboys running back for his touchdown celebration in the Cowboys Thanksgiving win over the Washington Redskins.
The NFL fined Elliot $13,369 for placing both teammate Dak Prescott and money into the Salvation Army Kettle after seperate touchdown celebrations.
