San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has been cleared to start Sunday night against the Rams.

Garoppolo practiced throughout the week with no limitations and head coach Kyle Shanahan said he looked healthier.

In Sunday night’s matchup against the division rival Rams, it’s safer to hold Garoppolo out of fantasy lineups until it’s seen that he’s fully healthy.

Last week’s benching against Miami should put enough fear in hearts to do so, especially against a division opponent.
