Denver Broncos running back Melvin Gordon was cited with driving under the influence Tuesday night.

The Denver Police Department also charged Gordon on driving between 25 to 39 miles above the speed limit.

The Broncos and the league have yet to comment on the incident.

Gordon is set to be arraigned on Friday, November 13.

The NFL will likely discipline Gordon and he could miss potentially 2-3 games.
