The Philadelphia Flyers signed defenseman Justin Braun to a two-year contract.

The deal is worth $1.8 million per season through the 2021-22 season.

This move comes quickly after Matt Niskanen planned on retirement.

Braun had three goals, 19 points, 84 blocks and 91 hits in 62 games last season.
