Las Vegas Raiders rookie wide receiver Henry Ruggs has been listed as “out” on Sunday.

Ruggs is dealing with nagging knee and hamstring issues, but his offense was limited the first two weeks anyway.

Look for Las Vegas to use Bryan Edwards or Nelson Agholor against New England.
