The New England Patriots are expected to offer QB Tom Brady a deal worth $25 million annually.

The Raiders are reportedly willing to pay Brady $30 million annually, but it’d be hard to tell what they’d do with the 3 years left on Derek Carr’s $125 million contract.

Brady stated that he wants an upgraded supporting cast after a disappointing 2019, and staying put in New England would create the cap space to surround him with better weapons.

The league and its players are still in a holding pattern over the new CBA, meaning there’s still a lot of moving parts to Brady’s free agency.

The NFL’s legal tampering period begins on March 16.
