Steph Curry quietly purchased $31 million mansion. in Atherton, California in June.

It’s the most expensive house in all of the Bay Area so far this calendar year.

The mansion sits on a 1.2 acre lot behind gates long enough to hide the home from the street.

The property also includes a separate guest house, a poolside cabana, and a detached three-car garage.

Eco-friendly experts at Studio Green helped create space that is flush with greenery and native flora.

The backyard features an elegant swimming pool with lots of room on the surrounding pool deck for sunbathing, grilling, etc.

The poolside cabana comes with a fireplace and a built-in barbecue under a covered terrace.

Curry will earn a $40 million base salary this year under his 5-year, $201 million deal with the Warriors in 2017.

He’s also expected to make $79 million from endorsements for companies such as Amour and Chase, according to CNBC.

In Curry’s first 10 seasons with the Warriors, he made over $120 million in terms of NBA contracts.
