The New England Patriots have extended quarterback Tom Brady to a 2-year, $70 million contract.

The extension raises Brady’s 2019 salary from $15 million to $23 million.

The 42-year-old is then scheduled to make $30 million in 2020 and $32 million in 2021.

Prior to the deal, Brady had career earnings of $212,166,804 in 19 seasons, all spent in  New England.

The six-time Super Bowl Champion is still playing at a high level, and it New England is betting on him with the terms of this deal.
