The Oakland Raiders have dealt 2x Pro-Bowl wide receiver Amari Cooper to the Dallas Cowboys for a 2019 first-round draft pick.

“I hate to see good players go, but I was on the practice field when Reggie came to me and said the Cowboys would do this for a No. 1 and I said, ‘Let’s do it,'” Raiders head coach Jon Gruden told ESPN’s Chris Mortensen. “We’re going to try to build this thing the right way. We now have five No. 1 picks in the next two years, so I’m excited about that.”

Cooper, the former number four overall selection in 2015, has 22 catches for 280 yards and one touchdown so far this season.

The move is a good one for Dallas, as they’re without a cemented number one wideout with the dismissal of Dez Bryant and adding a 24-year-old stud. It also gives starting quarterback Dak Prescott a solid option, which should give both players a boost this season in fantasy lineups.

Cooper is currently on his 4-year, $22,663,116 rookie contract and will become an unrestricted free agent in 2020.
