The Tennessee Titans have signed left tackle Taylor Lewan to a 5-year, $80 million extension through 2023, with $50 million guaranteed.

The $16 million annual salary Lewan will receive makes him the highest-paid offfensive lineman in NFL history.

27-year-old Lewan previously earned $11,538,226 in his first four seasons with the Titans.
